At Le Scêntia, we are committed to processing and delivering your perfume orders safely and efficiently.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping/tracking details where available.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Remote or difficult-to-reach locations may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Any applicable additional delivery charges will be communicated to the customer before dispatch.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

Le Scêntia is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete address details
Incorrect phone numbers
Customer unavailability
Refusal to accept the shipment
Failure to respond to courier calls or delivery attempts

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number.

In the event of a shipment being lost or damaged during transit, Le Scêntia will coordinate with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue.

6. Damaged Package

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photographs/videos of the package before opening it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
